About TAYOGIF

The Tanzania Youth Givers Foundation (TAYOGIF) is dedicated to addressing the critical challenge faced by Tanzania: a massive group of youth graduates who lack direction for their future careers. This situation leads to dependence, poverty, and slowed economic growth. TAYOGIF is committed to transforming this challenge into an opportunity by empowering young graduates to become dynamic entrepreneurs. We focus on equipping youth with essential skills such as self-awareness, an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and innovation, and helping them build vital networks and connections. And as graduates we lead and empower other youth to determine opportunities in our communities and grab them.

TAYOGIF was registered as a Non Government Organization (NGO) in the United Republic of Tanzania with a number 00NGO/R/5121

Main Objectives

• Empower Youth Entrepreneurs: Equip young graduates with the skills needed to start and grow their own businesses, transforming them into dynamic entrepreneurs.
• Skill Development: Provide training in self-awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and innovation to prepare youth for the challenges of entrepreneurship.
• Business Support: Offer support in building business ideas from scratch to thriving enterprises, ensuring that youth can turn their ideas into successful ventures.
• Network Building: Facilitate the creation of vital networks and connections that can help young entrepreneurs thrive.
• Align with SDGs: Align our efforts with Sustainable Development Goals, including Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9), and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10).
